How to store your leafy greens and other vegetables for weeks.

Save your money…

I hate it when my leafy greens like Spinach, Kale, Watercress, Collard greens, Chard, Leaf lettuce, Arugula… (I think you get the idea) go bad. Especially after only a few days.

Now you can get up to a month out of those bad boys… (actually their pretty healthy) Watercress for example has four times more beta-carotene and vitamin A than an apple and Kale rich in A, C, K and B6 it also has its fare share of Calcium and Magnesium. But I’m sure you knew that all ready.

And that’s why you want to keep it fresh longer. I’m a simple guy with simple solutions. 😉

Here’s a simple storage tip  to make that possible and without using wasteful paper napkins. (what a waste of money and environment!) Paper napkins may be compostable, but they still have to be manufactured and delivered and wrapped in plastic.

This works with all leafy greens and most vegetables it will keep for 10 -15 days.
